If your teen plans on staying in a dorm without you, please read through the Teen Supervision Form so you, and your teen are familiar with its contents before arriving.

Minors who are coming without Parent

If you are sending a minor (17 or younger) in the custody of another adult, you, the adult guardian and your child/teen will be requested to sign a Teen/Kid Without Parent Form.

If this applies to you – please open the attachment by clicking on the link below, print out the form, sign it and send it with your minor to the Gathering to be handed in at registration.
